“A word after a word after a word is power.” --Margaret Atwood

The Adventures of Tom Sawyer (Penguin Classics)

The Adventures of Tom Sawyer - Mark Twain, Guy Cardwell, John Seelye The Adventures of Tom Sawyer is such an enticing read that I could repeat it over and over again without getting tired. It clearly portrayed the adorably selfish, unimaginably wide and adventurous youth in the person of the menace Tom Sawyer. Its three-dimensional characters, playful, bright protagonist, and creative plot by author Mark Twain proved to me why TAoTS was made a classic.
